We use Solar panel and battery Factorio to generate electricity by using sunlight. Nowadays, everyone uses it for many purposes like power sources, medical supplies, etc. It has six parts that perform its function.

Photovoltaic is the central part of it that generates the electricity. The PV cells are cover by the Ethylene Vinyl Acetate and black sheet protect it from temperature changes. All parts are connect to the junction box.

Three types of solar panels, monocrystalline is best generates electricity polycrystalline and thin-film but is very expensive. Bugs attack  shining objects. Bugs and insects are not attack when we use solar panels. We use many types of insulation that protect us from bugs like cellulose.

Encapsulation of EVA

EVA stands for ethylene vinyl acetate, mainly use to enclose the cell into the capsule. It protects the cell from humidity and bears temperature changes.

Solar PV cell

The central part of a panel converts the sunlight into DC electricity. PV cell is made of a silicon wafer. This silicon wafer decides the cell’s performance with its 2 type’s mono and polycrystalline silicon. The central part of the PV cell is small and slim, about 0.1mm, and it is made of n-type silicon and p-type silicon.

A solar cell is cover by ethylene vinyl acetate on the upper and lower sides. After the encapsulation of the cell, there is a layer of the black sheet.

Black sheet

The sheet is make of plastic and white. The sheet protects from humidity, electricity, and mechanical and UV radiation. Its lifespan is about 30 years, and is reliable.

Junction box

All the PV cells interconnect with the box, which is use to protect them from dust and dirt.

Types of solar panels

Monocrystalline solar panels

It is make of a single and pure crystal of silicon cell. That’s why it is call a monocrystalline solar panel. The solar cell uses silicon in the bars and cuts into wafers. During this process, the cell boundary is cut off and becomes smooth and spherical. This cell boundary helps the solar cells to generate a large amount of electricity.

Polycrystalline solar panel

It is rectangular with blue finish color and sparkles. These solar panels are mid-range and less efficient than monocrystalline but are very cheap. It is shown from its name (poly) that it is made of many silicon crystals. It has affordable but its life span is concise. Due to the many crystals in each cell, electrons have less space to move. That’s why it produces less electricity than monocrystalline.

Thin-Film solar panels

It is thin, flexible and low in profile. The cells are 350 times thinner than cells use in monocrystalline and polycrystalline solar panels. It is make of semiconductors like cadmium, telluride, silicon, etc. These semiconductors are place with a glass layer that helps in generating electricity.

It has low efficiencies and abilities than the other solar panel. Due to its flexibility, it is use for many applications like it are easily moulded into shingles on roof tiles.

There is no clear answer to this question. Some experts believe that artificial lightning will cause the insects and many other types of pests lose interest in human flesh, and some believe that the use of solar panel and battery storage can limit the number of insects at best.

Bugs are attract to glowing objects. When Solar panel and battery Factorio are turn on, bugs will attack. The bugs will not attack when the light is turn off.

Cellulose insulation

It is made of 80% recycle plant materials containing post-consumer paper, and 20% of this insulation is made of acrylic binders. It is a chemical that makes the insulation fire retardant. One of the chemicals use in it is Boric acid. It is also call hydrogen borate. This acid can absorb neurons and increase fire retardant. That’s why it is use as an insecticide and antiseptic.

Boric acid is harmful not only to bugs but also to humans. This acid is directly going to its stomach and the nervous system starts to be damage.

Spray foam insulation

 The isocyanate is use for bonding and making the spray foam

rigid. The two types of spray foam are open-cell spray and close-cell spray. The open-cell spray foam is flexible and soft and shapes the area where it is spray, whereas the close- cell spray foam is rigid and durable due to lack of moisture.

Polyurethane foam insulation

Polyurethane is a polymer that connects with urethane and carbamate. It comes in many chemical forms like fibrous, adhesive, etc. you can use the spray in both flexible and rigid foam.

It leaves no space for bugs and does not shrink it dries.It is destroy the bugs and other pests.
